Role & Responsibilities:

Marketing projects across a range of channels for a challenger brand

Helping us get our brands out there – it could be social, events, digital or more

Digital Marketing Manager / London / Hybrid

Overview:

Global Entertainment Media Group seeks a Digital Marketing Manager for our online community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong and outgoing personality, be curious about all things digital and be interested in online community engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction and building relationships with content providers and partners

Membership growth

Manage, analyse and optimise SEO to increase organic traffic

Manage email marketing initiatives from copy to design, including weekly newsletters

Site analytics and reporting

Build relationships and partnerships with external bloggers, influencers, media companies and associations

Own and execute all social media activity to increase reach

Work with the event marketing managers to promote events

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in a marketing role

Excellent client relationship skills

Experience with client campaign management

Communication skills

Experience using social media to increase outreach

Experience in implementing email campaigns

Experience in updating website content

Interest in online marketing

Passionate about analysing results

You must have:

Digital Marketing Lead / Affiliate Partners / London / Hybrid

Overview:

The affiliate team is responsible for the growth and continuous improvement of digital marketing across the various Global Entertainment Media Group affiliate partners.

Affiliates are an important and rapidly growing part of our digital marketing mix across our multi-brand business and is on a journey to build the best in class in-house affiliate programmes across our brands.

As our Digital Marketing Lead for Affiliates, you’ll:

Support the Affiliate Manager to implement an industry-leading affiliate marketing strategy to deliver the best possible commercial performance with a key focus on driving incremental sales
 

Develop strong relationships with our affiliate partners, ensuring they always think of the Global Entertainment group of brands first deliver best-in-class affiliate campaigns that are thoroughly planned, optimised and measured and take into consideration the customer plan

Build relationships with other teams across marketing and trading to support campaign management and implementation across the affiliate channel

Support and lead a digital marketing associate in the affiliates team to ensure that day-to-day tasks are being completed, as well as making sure we have everything we need to run campaigns with our affiliates partners and network

Evolve our affiliate program with an agile, test-and-learn approach that encourages the testing of new innovative campaigns across affiliate partners

Manage the day-to-day processes across the affiliate channel, including content and service provider relationships, campaign implementation, content engagement strategy, and analysis; tracking spending to budgets and finance processes

Manage the finance processes for budgets and ensure spend is in line with budget plans and keeping variances to a minimum

Work closely with the analytics team and support the Digital Marketing Associate to ensure validation and disputed transaction queries are managed in a timely manner

Our Global Entertainment Media Group Affiliate Team would like to see the following from you:

2+ years of affiliate marketing experience with a strong understanding of the channel and industry

Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business and affiliate partners

Experience in managing budgets and must be able to use a variety of data sources to spot opportunities and act accordingly to make data-driven decisions

Good commercial acumen and strong analytical skills

Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

You must have:

You should have 4-5+ years of affiliate program management and partnership experience within an online environment and be commercial and analytical-minded with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills

A strong understanding of the affiliate industry and the role of / relationship between the agency, the affiliate network, the client and affiliates in affiliate marketing campaigns

Proven experience building partner and influencer relationships

Experience in media buys, tenancy deals

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are needed for both client meetings and publisher relationship management

Creative thinking & proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team

Autonomous, organised and resourceful with the ability to own projects end-to-end

Proficient in written and spoken English

Commercial and analytical-minded with strong financial evaluation and performance marketing management skills
